The service

Talos Vigilance LLC ("Talos Vigilance," "we," "us") provides automated quote follow-up, missed-call text-back, and post-job review-request services for trades businesses, connected to a client's existing job-management system (currently Jobber). By requesting a quote, signing up for, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and billing

• Service is provided on a month-to-month basis. There is no long-term lock-in — a client may cancel at any time.
• Pricing is quoted per business based on job volume and confirmed before service begins; it is not a fixed published rate, since it depends on each business's actual usage.
• A client is responsible for the accuracy of the information connected through their Jobber account and for having proper authority to connect it.

Acceptable use

The service may only be used for legitimate business communication — quote follow-up, missed-call response, and review requests to a business's own real customers who have a genuine relationship with that business. It may not be used to send unsolicited messages to people without a real business relationship and without the consent described in our Privacy Policy.

SMS / text messaging terms

Where messages are sent on a client's behalf to that client's own customers:

• Consent required. No message is sent without documented consent (see Privacy Policy for the accepted consent methods).
• Message types & frequency. Quote follow-ups, missed-call text-backs, and review requests. Frequency varies by interaction and is not an ongoing marketing cadence.
• Msg & data rates may apply, per the recipient's own carrier plan.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to stop receiving messages at any time. Opt-in: reply YES where a one-time opt-in invitation was sent. Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at hello@talosvigilance.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Where Talos Vigilance sends messages directly to a client's business owner (our own account check-ins and service alerts):

• Consent required. These texts are sent only to an owner who has opted in, using the optional checkbox on our quote form (see SMS Consent for the exact wording). Consent is optional and is never a condition of getting a quote or of any purchase.
• Message types & frequency. A short monthly account check-in, plus occasional service alerts (for example, when a client's Jobber connection needs to be reconnected). These are not marketing messages.
• Msg & data rates may apply. Opt-out: reply STOP at any time. Help: reply HELP, or contact us at hello@talosvigilance.com.

No guarantee of results

We work to improve quote follow-up and review response rates, but we do not guarantee a specific increase in bookings, reviews, or revenue — outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the underlying quality of a business's own quotes and jobs.

Data and third parties

Use of the service involves connecting to Jobber and sending communications through Twilio (SMS/voice) and Google/Gmail (email). Each is used only for the specific function it provides — see our Privacy Policy for detail.

Termination

Either party may end the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, automated messaging on that client's behalf stops, and access to the connected Jobber account is revoked.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Talos Vigilance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
